Coil Partner’s DNA is the intentional and selective assembly of an experienced team of high character, high competency investment banking and advisory professionals delivering mission critical strategic advisory and transaction execution to owner operated and management-led emerging growth and middle market companies.

We target companies that are well positioned to unlock meaningful value for their respective owners, but may lack the size and scale to get the proper attention and quality of service from the larger, branded investment banks. We not only help owners understand their corporate finance options, we help them position and execute every aspect of the transaction. Inspiration for our namesake came from Greg Campbell’s  book, The Surprising Power of the COIL.
